I bought these mainly for gardening because kneeling outside was starting to bother my knees, and they have been much more comfortable than expected. The foam feels thick enough to actually provide support without flattening out, and the handles make them easy to carry around the yard. I have also used one indoors while cleaning lower cabinets and it worked great there too.
